Return Policy

At MyCabinetKnobs.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a flexible return policy to make the process simple and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, unopened packaging.
• Returned items must be in resalable condition.
• Custom or made-to-order products are not returnable.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Provide your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
2. Once approved, ship the item(s) back within 7 days using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package. Packages without an RA number may be delayed or refused.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee may apply to most returned items. No restocking fee will be charged for defective items or shipping errors.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
• If an item is used, damaged, or missing parts, it may be returned to you without a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed or used products
• Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items
• Items not in original packaging
• Returns requested after 30 days
