  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or backordered items may take longer. You will be notified if any delay occurs.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
  • We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on package size and destination.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping is available on orders over $39 within the continental U.S.
  • Orders under $39 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
  • Oversized or heavy items may incur additional freight charges. We will notify you before shipment if applicable.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship to addresses within the continental United States.
  • For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Issues
